TIC™803A Series Phase Change Thermal Interface Material

High-performance thermal interface material with 2.5 W/mK thermal conductivity designed for advanced electronic cooling applications. This phase change material softens at 50°C to fill microscopic surface irregularities, significantly reducing thermal resistance between components and heat sinks.
