Product Overview
The TIA™800AL Series aluminum thermal adhesive tape is engineered for bonding heat dissipation components in electronic applications. This double-sided pressure-sensitive tape provides superior thermal conductivity of 1.6 W/mK while eliminating the need for traditional thermal grease and mechanical fasteners.
