The TIA™810 Series thermally conductive adhesive tapes are engineered for bonding heat dissipation components including heat sinks, microprocessors, and power semiconductors. These double-sided pressure-sensitive tapes deliver exceptional bonding strength with low thermal impedance, effectively replacing traditional thermal grease and mechanical fastening methods.
