Safety System
Door safety
- Chamber pressure is over safe pressure (safe pressure settable range is 0---0.03Mpa), door can not be unsealed or open.
- Double door interlocked, one door can be open upon the other one is closed.
- Sterilization cycle can be started upon the door closed and sealed safely.
- Steam is not allowed into the chamber until the door is sealed.
Pressure safety
- Safety valves are equipped both the chamber and jacket for pressure overloading protection;
- High quality pressure sensors and transmitters are sending accurate pressure data to PLC for safety supervised and controlled
Temperature safety
- High quality temperature sensors and transmitters are sending accurate pressure data to PLC for safety supervised and controlled
- While the temperature is over the requested, PLC system automatic control and adjust it at once, then alarming and recording for user’s treating right away.
- Alarm device, combined aural and visual, is equipped for reminding the safety issue occurre and informing the user to treat it in time.
