Safety working system Benefits
· In case of power failure, the steam inlet is closed.
· In case of excess steam pressure, the steam inlet is closed and safety release valve is open.
· Safety valve normalized and calibrated at 2.5 kgf/cm² with cleaning and operation inspection device.
· Start of cycle only if there is steam pressure in the generator or in the supply line.
· Automatic door elevation system with calibrated working pressure for the operator’s safety.
· Opening the doors is impossible after the start of the cycle and if there is steam pressure in the chamber
· Opening the two doors simultaneously by the operator is impossible (barrier sterilizers).
· Blocking of exposure time count in case of lack of temperature defined for the cycle in the chamber.
· Safety thermostat for the protection of electrical heaters.
· Emergency routine that in case of power failure maintains the doors locked and releases the chamber steam pressure.
· Emergency button on the equipment panel to turn off the sterilizer and depressurization of the sterilization chamber.
· Door with anti-crush system, which interrupts the movement of the door if it is obstructed.
· Mechanical lock which prevents the opening of the door when the sterilizer is in operation.
