Built-In Steam Generator

Built-in steam generator of full SUS304 stainless steel is strong and controlled by the PLC intelligently  to avoid your trouble of external steam supply. Controlled by the main PLC system, the steam generator, operation at the best states during the sterilization, is not only lowing the failure rate, but saving your  money every days as well.

Vessel Material And Construction

This sterilizer chamber has a double wall design providing for a fully jacketed pressure vessel.

The vessel material is high quality solid SUS304 stainless steel plate with an interior fine finish. The whole pressure vessel is designed and manufactured comply to GB 150 standard regulation and supervised by Chinese government inspection institute, safelyand firmly for a long life services.

ASME or PED standards regulation vessels are available  for your optional.

Electrical Power

Our ordinary electrical power is AC380v, 50Hz, 3phase/N/E

Other electrical power standards are available and compatible

 1, B-D Test

  3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 134℃, expose time 4 min, drying time 3 min.

2, Vacuum Leak Test

Test the chamber connecting parts’ tightness effect. It’s important to ensure the sterilization effect.

3, Instruments/Tools

3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 132℃, expose time 8 min, drying time 5 min.

4, Clothing

3 times Vacuum, expose temperature 121℃, expose time 15 min, drying time 25 min.

5, Liquid

15 min exchange, expose temperature 121℃, expose time 15 min, cooling time 25 min.

6, User Programmable

  All preset parameters can be resettable; total 15 kinds programs can be customized

Main adjustable parameters

   Sterilization temperature rage: at 105°C to 134°C

   Sterilization time rage: 0---99 minutes

   Vacuum times: 0---9 times

   Drying time: 0---99 minutes
