Suitable for large-scale plastic injection products,such as home appliance, computer case, telephone sets, audio PMMA products.Used for manufacturing hot-extrusion die and mandril by aluminium alloy sections,swage hammers, forging presses, forging machine, high modulus die under high temperature and shock loading
5. Features
a. Widely used plastic mould steel with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, high hardenabiliy with good polishability.
b. To be used directly after pre-hardening, which can guarantee good usability and avoid deformation after heat treatment.

a. Hot rolled or forged condition, Pre-harden &tempering , black surface
b. Hardness: 30~36HRC
c. Hot rolled technology:EAF+LF+VD
d. Forged technology: EAF+LF+VD+ESR+Forging +Q T + Machined surface
8. Delivery
