Technical Performance
The TIC™800A Series begins softening at 50℃, flowing to fill microscopic surface irregularities between thermal solutions and integrated circuit packages. This phase change action significantly reduces thermal resistance while maintaining structural integrity through 1,000 hours at 130℃ or 500 cycles from -25℃ to 125℃.
