The TIC™800G Series is a high-performance phase change thermal interface material featuring 5.0 W/mK thermal conductivity and 50°C-60°C phase transition temperature. This advanced material softens and flows at elevated temperatures to fill microscopic surface irregularities, significantly reducing thermal resistance in electronic applications.

- Naturally tacky at room temperature - no adhesive required
- No heat sink preheating needed for installation
- Excellent thermal stability: no degradation after 1,000 hours at 130°C or 500 thermal cycles (-25°C to 125°C)
