TIS 800 Series Heat Conduction Insulating Gasket
The TIS 800 Series is a high-performance thermal interface material specifically engineered for semiconductor device cooling applications. This composite material combines silicone rubber and fiberglass reinforcement to provide excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining electrical isolation.
