Supply a dimensioned drawing or reference sample with critical fits, tolerances and parting-line restrictions. Confirm 90 Shore A as the required nominal hardness, including the permitted tolerance and agreed test method.
Select NBR, HNBR or FKM against the specified fluid, temperature, load and motion; these material families are alternatives rather than interchangeable grades.
For painted or coated rubber parts, specify the finish system, color, coating thickness and areas to mask.
For rubber-to-metal or rubber-to-plastic bonded parts, provide insert material, bonding surfaces and acceptance criteria separately.Include coating adhesion, flexing and fluid-exposure requirements with your enquiry.
Approve sample dimensions, hardness and surface finish before agreeing production inspection criteria.
