Key Features:

• Select the cup profile using tubing internal diameter, bore condition and the test-bar mounting drawing. Include cup outside diameter, bore, length and tolerances; nominal tubing size alone does not define cup fit.
• Nominal hardness options of 70, 80 or 90 Shore A require a specified compound and tolerance. Select against test fluid, temperature, pressure cycle and the tool design; hardness alone does not establish a test-pressure rating.

Application:  Hydrostatic tubing testing with a matching test-bar assembly. Specify test pressure, hold time, fluid and leakage acceptance criteria under the equipment procedure. Isolate and depressurize the assembly before inspection or replacement.
