For a custom oil saver rubber, provide bore diameter, outside profile, installed height, tolerances and any split or locating features shown on the head drawing. A 1,500 psi job requirement needs confirmation from the rated head and approved rubber arrangement. Type H connection references include 2-3/8 in. and 2-7/8 in. tubing O.D., and 3-1/2 in. line-pipe O.D.; these do not define the rubber bore. Include the actual line diameter, fluid composition, temperature and line movement requirements with the NBR or HNBR compound specification. Confirm sample fit and agreed inspection requirements before production.
