Custom oil saver rubbers are replacement wiping and sealing elements for a matched oil saver housing. This range lists HNBR and nitrile options; specify the required compound and element geometry for the actual line service.
Specify the complete oil saver assembly rating, housing condition and manufacturer reference when selecting a replacement element for pressure service. Follow the original assembly inspection and adjustment instructions.
A correctly installed element helps wipe fluid from the moving line; inspect wear and adjust according to the assembly instructions.
HNBR and nitrile compounds require separate fluid, temperature and wear evaluation. Confirm the actual line diameter and construction rather than assuming all compounds fit every duty.

Type H, GA, 410, C and CL are existing range references; identify the exact housing and element type for each order.
Existing line-size references: 5/16 inch, 3/8–5/8 inch and 3/4–1 inch. Confirm the actual line diameter, element bore and outer profile separately.

Application: Swabbing or Electric(slick) line Operations
For Type H enquiries, provide the housing reference and manufacturer pressure rating together with fluid composition, continuous and peak temperature, and line speed. For gas or sour service, specify the gas composition, decompression conditions and required compound qualification.
Custom Oil Saver Rubber: Define the Drawing Before Compound Selection
Specify overall height, outside dimensions, line bore, split or continuous construction and seating details. Distinguish measurements of a worn sample from the intended finished dimensions. Include tolerances and hardness requirements on the approved drawing.
For repeat orders, retain the same drawing revision and compound reference. For a new custom profile, confirm the sample inspection criteria with the housing and line data before production. Different type names or nominal line sizes do not establish interchangeable outer profiles.
