SHQN Blue Type H Oil Saver Rubbers for Swabbing Head Replacement
Oil Saver rubbers are replacement wiping elements for a compatible Type H head used during swab-string retrieval. Confirm the head model and component dimensions before selecting the rubber.
Pressure capability is determined by the rated head assembly and its approved rubber arrangement; the replacement element alone does not establish a working-pressure rating.
The rubber contact area wipes carried fluid from the retrieved line. Specify the line diameter, surface construction and head adjustment requirements. Inspect the rubber for cuts, deformation and contact wear according to the equipment operating procedure.
For the blue Type H configuration, confirm the selected NBR or HNBR compound and color requirement together. Color is a purchasing identifier and does not establish the polymer, hardness or operating-temperature limit. Provide the fluid composition and operating conditions for compound review.

Type H is the focus of this configuration. GA, Type 410 and Type C / CL replacements require separate head and rubber drawings.
Line-size reference for this inquiry: 3/8" to 5/8"; confirm the selected opening. Other references, including 5/16" and 3/4" to 1", require separate configurations.

Head connection references include 2-3/8 in. and 2-7/8 in. tubing O.D., and 3-1/2 in. line-pipe O.D. These dimensions do not specify the rubber opening, outside profile or height. Use the head drawing and component part number to establish the replacement geometry.
