SHQH Type GA Wire Line Oil Saver Rubbers For Oil And Gas Industries
SHQN Type GA Oil Saver Rubbers for Wireline Head Replacement
Oil Saver rubbers are replacement elements selected for the Type GA oil saver head configuration specified by the operator. Confirm the head manufacturer, model and rubber part number before ordering. Check the opening, outer profile and installed height against the housing drawing and actual line diameter.
For a Type GA replacement, specify NBR or HNBR with the required compound properties. Include process fluid, temperature, line construction and movement conditions. The Type GA designation does not define a universal compound or fit every wireline diameter.
Send the Type GA component drawing or a dimensioned sample, the head identification and operating conditions for a replacement quotation.

*Additional sizes available upon request
Type GA is the focus of this replacement inquiry. Type H, Type 410 and Type C / CL configurations require their own housing and component drawings.
Line-size references include 5/16", 3/8" to 5/8", and 3/4" to 1"; confirm which opening applies to the selected Type GA head.
Features of oil saver rubbers
1) Matches the approved Type GA housing geometry; confirm assembly sealing requirements.
2) Wipes carried fluid from the retrieved line; check the contact area for damage and wear.

Application: Wireline wiping during compatible swabbing operations; verify Type GA head and line arrangement
Confirm the working-pressure rating of the complete Type GA head and its approved rubber configuration. A 1,500 psi requirement needs the relevant head documentation and operating conditions. Related Type H connection references include 2-3/8 in. and 2-7/8 in. tubing O.D., and 3-1/2 in. line-pipe O.D.; these are not Type GA rubber dimensions. For a GA replacement, provide the rubber bore, outer dimensions, component count and any split or assembly features shown on the approved drawing.
