OEM and ODM Rubber O-Ring Seals with Specified Dimensions and Inspection Requirements
Rubber O-rings are offered for OEM and ODM inquiries in standard, metric and drawing-based sizes. Define the part number, compound and inspection requirements so the requested seal can be reviewed against its assembly.
Provide a size-series designation or drawing with inside diameter, cross-section and tolerances. Availability and tooling are confirmed for the selected size and compound rather than a general diameter range.
Material options include NBR, HNBR, EPDM, silicone and FKM. Specify an exact compound grade and required documentation for each part number. 

Application of the rubber o ring:

1. OEM equipment assembly: identify the gland, mating surfaces and static or moving sealing position.
2. Water, air or gas connections: define the medium, pressure, temperature and required leakage acceptance criteria.
3. Oil, coolant or grease service: identify the exact fluid and operating conditions before selecting the compound.

 Structure and sizes:

AS568 sizes require a dash number; P, G, S or custom parts require their own series and dimensional specification.

Dimensions: inside diameter (ID) x cross-section (CS); specify units and tolerances.

Packing and shipping:

Standard export packing, inner plastic bag, outer with carton. Carton in pallets if necessary.

2: Air shipment: air port to air port or air port to door.
