MV Swab Cup Outside Diameter and Bushing Bore Selection

The existing dimensional table lists cup OD and ID in inches for steel and aluminum core options. Match the cup ID to the actual mandrel and confirm the cup OD against tubing clearance. Retain the original drawing reference when ordering a replacement; nominal tubing size alone does not establish cup fit.

Specify steel or aluminum core, required quantity, fluid composition, temperature and sand content. Confirm the rubber compound and hardness for the service conditions before purchase. The table dimensions are existing product references and should be checked against the selected cup drawing.

Select the MV cup drawing and rubber compound for the actual swabbing equipment. For frac-fluid exposure, provide fluid composition and temperature so the selected formulation can be reviewed.

Available types of Swab cups:
TA style: A medium-load cup profile with steel or aluminum bushing according to the selected drawing. Confirm dimensions and equipment load requirements.

 MV style: MV cups use a multiple-lip profile with the bushing arrangement specified by the selected drawing. The cup has a steel or aluminum bushing with multiple upturned lips. Check lip dimensions, tubing clearance and bushing bore for the actual mandrel, and specify suspended sand content for material review.

 
V style: An all-rubber cup profile for model-specific swabbing enquiries. Confirm light- or heavy-duty configuration, cup dimensions and the number of cups with the swabbing equipment requirements.
