Nitrile union seals: replacement specification and fluid information
For a Buna or NBR replacement enquiry, provide the union figure, manufacturer, nominal size and approved seal drawing. State the fluid composition, temperature and pressure rather than relying on the word oilfield alone. Confirm the required compound and hardness with any brass or stainless steel anti-extrusion backing. The size table includes separate shaped-seal and Figure 206 O-ring entries; verify the exact part and groove before substitution. Retain the approved dimensions and compound reference for repeat orders, and review any proposed material change against the same assembly requirements.
