High-Performance Swivel Joint Kit for Harsh Condition 2" Normal Swivel Joint Repair Kits
Product Description
The nominal 2-inch normal swivel joint repair kit is selected for maintenance of the identified normal joint configuration. For demanding operating conditions, provide the fluid composition, temperature range and pressure cycles together with the equipment model and kit reference. Confirm seal profiles and component quantities before ordering; the separately listed 2-inch SMI oversized kit requires its own fit review.
Match the replacement seals to the joint recesses and actual fluid service. Include oil composition, additives, working temperature and pressure cycles for compound selection. The kit does not independently establish the pressure rating of the complete swivel assembly.
For maintenance replacement, list each required seal and any other kit component by drawing or bill of materials. Inspect the joint and follow the equipment repair and test procedure before returning it to service.
NBR and HNBR enquiries require compound-grade confirmation. Other listed elastomers are alternatives for separate fluid-service review; they must not be treated as interchangeable for oil service.
