Customizable TA Swab Cups: Drawing and Compound Requirements

Customizable TA-style cups are intended for medium-load well-fluid swabbing. Send the existing cup drawing or sample with OD, ID, height, bushing dimensions and mandrel fit. Specify steel or aluminum core and the required rubber compound. Provide fluid composition, solids, operating temperature, tubing bore and restrictions so the replacement can be matched to the intended assembly. Custom dimensions and compound options must be confirmed before production.

Application of the Swab cup:

1. TA-style medium-load swabbing; confirm the required operating load and cup arrangement

2. For sand-bearing or frac-fluid service, provide solids content and fluid formulation for compound selection
3. Confirm tubing condition and bore restrictions; well depth alone does not establish cup suitability
