Custom Nitrile TA, V and MV Swab Cups for Heavy-Wall Tubing
For custom cups in heavy-wall tubing, provide a drawing or sample identifying the TA, V or MV profile and specify tubing bore, cup outside diameter, height and mandrel fit. Select the rubber compound for fluid composition, sand content and temperature. The specified aluminum or steel bushing must match the individual cup drawing and mandrel. Multiple upturned lips are associated with the MV profile; confirm each profile separately rather than applying one lip description to all cups.

Our Swab Cups are produced from a selected nitrile or other specified compound for the required cup profile. Confirm compound compatibility and service limits for the fluid formulation. The size table is a catalog reference; match profile, height, OD and ID to the replacement drawing.

Available types of Swab cups:
TA style: A medium-load cup built around a steel or aluminum bushing. Confirm the tubing bore, mandrel fit and required load range before selecting the cup; compound and dimensions must match the actual well conditions.



 
V style: V cups are offered in different configurations. Confirm the required all-rubber or reinforced design from the drawing. Cup arrangement, load response and sand-bearing fluid suitability depend on geometry and operating conditions; provide the fluid formulation, additives, solids content and temperature for compound selection.
