Vee-lip rubber replacement rings for nominal 2-inch Figure 607 Guiberson hammer unions are specified by the actual lip section and mating recess. Provide the manufacturer part number, seal inside and outside diameters, overall height and a cross-section drawing or sample. A vee-lip description identifies the profile style, but does not establish fit with every 2-inch union or other figure.
For drilling-flowline replacement enquiries, confirm the required lip orientation and any brass or stainless backing from the equipment drawing. Select NBR, HNBR or FKM using the fluid composition, operating temperature and required Shore A hardness. Pressure and test requirements apply to the complete identified union assembly.
