Figure 607 rubber union replacement seals are selected for the identified connection and the actual hot-oil or water service. Match the lip profile, seal recess and any metal backing to the union manufacturer drawing. For a nominal 2-inch Figure 607 replacement, provide the part number and measured seal dimensions before ordering. Other nominal sizes require separately matched part specifications.
Provide the fluid composition, water treatment additives, normal and peak temperatures and required hardness for compound selection. NBR, HNBR and FKM are separate options. For an FFKM enquiry, provide the required compound grade and part specification for a separate material review. Hot-water and hot-oil suitability must be reviewed for the selected compound, and the seal alone does not establish the complete union pressure rating.
