MV Style Swab Cups for Frac-Fluid Service: Compound and Abrasion Selection

Available types of Swab cups:
TA style: A medium-load cup built around a steel or aluminum bushing. Confirm the tubing bore, mandrel fit and required load range before selecting the cup; compound and dimensions must match the actual well conditions.
MV style: MV-profile cups are offered with a steel or aluminum bushing and multiple upturned lips. Confirm the lip geometry, cup OD, ID, height and bushing fit from the individual drawing. For frac-fluid or sand-bearing service, provide the fluid formulation, additives, solids concentration, particle size and operating temperature before selecting the rubber compound.
V style: V-profile cups are offered in different configurations. Confirm the required design, cup arrangement and load response from the drawing and intended well conditions.

Match the cup profile and compound to the fluid, operating load, tubing bore and surface condition before ordering.
Swab cups can be produced in specified rubber compounds for the required profile. Send the cup drawing or sample and mandrel dimensions for replacement review. Steel or aluminum bushing options and service limits are confirmed for the individual configuration.
