EUE PP Tubing Thread Protectors — 2-7/8, 3-1/2 and 4-1/2 Size Enquiries
A thread protector is used to protect the threads of a pipe during transportation and storage. Order the 2-7/8, 3-1/2 or 4-1/2 nominal size with the complete EUE connection drawing and pin or box end identification. Approve fit for each size separately, including engagement, coverage and removal features. For mixed-size tubing shipments, agree size marking and packing quantities to match the pipe list. Select the PP grade for the actual storage and handling conditions. Inspect fitted protectors for cracks or deformation before loading.
