Hammer union seals are critical components used in various high-pressure applications,

particularly in the oil and gas industry. Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end,

and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an

elastomeric seal. These seals are designed to provide a secure and reliable connection

between piping and fittings, ensuring leak-free operation during drilling and fluid transfer.

We offer hammer union seals in NBR for standard service, FKM for increased temperature

and chemical resistance or HNBR for Sour Gas Service or PTFE. Our hammer union

seals can be full rubber, or with two materials back-ups, one is brass, and the other is

stainless steel. We have 1-inch, 1.5-inch, 2-inch, 3-inch and 4-inch hammer union seal,

and we accept customization.
