High-Temperature Resistant Hammer Union Seal For Oilfield Operations

Product Description

Stainless-steel-backed hammer union seals are supplied for the specified union figure and connection size.

The rubber sealing profile and metal backup must match the mating hardware and approved part drawing.

Confirm seal dimensions, backup grade and interface geometry before replacement fit is approved.

The seal is one component of the complete union assembly; pressure capability depends on that assembly

and its temperature, fluid exposure and operating conditions.

NBR, FKM and HNBR elastomer options are selected for the actual service specification.

Sour-gas suitability requires compound and assembly qualification. PTFE options require a separate design review.

All-rubber, brass-backed and stainless-steel-backed constructions are distinct options. Specify

the required construction and nominal 1, 1.5, 2, 3 or 4 inch connection size with the union figure.

For custom parts, provide the drawing revision, finished dimensions and tolerances.
