NC77 Protector Material Orders: Specify HDPE or PP Before Sample Approval

Record the resin type and grade on the purchase specification. The existing HDPE design provides the starting point for this enquiry; a PP request needs its own material and design review. Do not treat the two material names as confirmation that one protector has identical performance in both resins.

Identify PIN and BOX separately and provide the NC77 maker drawing or accepted connection reference. Confirm thread fit, end coverage and overall dimensions on a controlled drawing or sample. The dimensional photographs remain available for enquiry comparison.
