For packer-element sample approval, identify the tool, element position and drawing revision, then list the dimensions and inspection points that matter to assembly. Include nominal hardness, compound designation and whether separate end supports or backup components form part of the order.

Agree how the sample will be checked in the intended tool: setting conditions, pressure differential direction, holding duration and release requirements. Confirm the fluid and temperature for that trial. Record approved sample details for repeat orders; a change in compound or tool geometry requires review rather than assuming the previous result still applies.
