These high-performance Hammer Union Seals are designed to meet the demands of high temperatures, high pressures,

and chemical corrosion, and are widely used in the oil and gas sector. Utilizing advanced synthetic materials, like HNBR

PTFE FKM, they offer superior sealing performance, ensuring the safety and stability of pipeline systems.

What is Hammer unions?
 

Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the

assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.
 

Some profiles such as Fig 206, Fig 1004, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, Fig 602, Fig 1002 etc require a Hammer Union Lip Seal or

an 'O'Ring depending on the Size of the Hammer Union.
