Product Description
Hammer union seals are used in the connections between flexible hoses or pipes used in the oil drilling industry. The seal provides a critical fluid tight connection within the union hardware.
Hammer unions consist of a thread end, a nut end, and a hammer nut that when tightened seal the assembly with the assistance of an elastomeric seal. The seal is lipped to prevent it from falling out when inverted.
Common Hammer Union Types include Threaded Hammer Unions (40, 50, and 602 to 1502),Butt Weld Hammer Unions (602, 1502, and 2202),Threaded & Butt Weld Hammer Unions (100 to 400)
We currently mainly provide union seals suitable for FIG1502, FIG1002, FIG602, FIG 206, FIG607 styles. And other types we can customize according to samples or drawings
