Product Description:

Rubber oil packer sealing elements form part of a downhole packer assembly used for wellbore isolation. Sealing depends on the element profile, setting mechanism, casing contact and end support. Select the replacement element against the tool drawing and intended well conditions.

Replacement Packer Element Fit and End Support

When replacing a packer element, identify whether the tool uses one element or a multi-element stack. Provide the mandrel and casing dimensions, end-ring arrangement and element position in the stack. Match the bore fit, overall length and end-face geometry before assembly. For a multi-element design, confirm each position and compound separately rather than selecting a set by overall diameter alone. Inspect supporting parts and follow the tool manufacturer's setting instructions.

Specifications:

Specify the element inside diameter, outside diameter and axial length in millimetres, together with the packer model and drawing revision. Operating temperature and differential pressure must be confirmed for the selected compound and complete assembly.
