This listing covers replacement rubber membranes for diaphragm pumps. Hydraulic accumulator diaphragms require a separately confirmed design and application. Made from high-performance elastomer materials such as NBR (Nitrile Rubber) and FKM (Fluorocarbon Rubber), its fluid compatibility and flexing performance depend on the selected compound, diaphragm geometry and operating conditions. Original model references include AR40, AR70 and D30. Confirm each pump model and diaphragm fit by drawing or sample. The reference identifiers below are not a dimensioned specification:

If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.

For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Replacement Pump Diaphragm: Identify the Part Reference and Clamping Geometry

The original table lists part references including 2240080, 904009, 50-100-22 and 1800 0012 00. Treat these as identification entries, not measured diaphragm dimensions. Match the full reference to the pump manufacturer and exact model, then confirm the drawing or sample before ordering.

Record the outside clamping diameter, rim profile, centre fixing, formed height and membrane thickness. Specify any fabric reinforcement or bonded component where required by the existing design. A replacement that looks similar or weighs within the original 68-80 g range may still have different fit or flexing behaviour.

For a repeat spare-parts order, agree the compound, fluid exposure, temperature and flexing conditions, together with dimensional inspection and sample fit. NBR and FKM options require review for the actual fluid and pump duty. The diaphragm is a replacement component; pressure limits come from the pump and approved diaphragm design rather than a universal high-pressure claim.
