OEM and ODM Diaphragm Pump Membrane Kits — Drawing, Compound and Parts-List Approval

Royal Way supplies diaphragm pump membranes and agreed replacement kits to pump-specific drawings and compound requirements. For OEM production, provide the approved part drawing and material specification. For an ODM enquiry, define the pump interface, fluid and operating requirements before agreeing the membrane design. AR40, AR70 and D30 are model references requiring manufacturer and revision confirmation. Accumulator diaphragms are separate components. The table below retains part-reference codes, not measured dimensions or a complete kit list.

Send the pump manufacturer, model, diaphragm code and drawing or sample. Agree membrane OD, formed height, thickness, clamping rim, centre attachment and any specified reinforcement. List each included membrane or seal with its quantity; approve the sample, compound and packing list before production.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customized parts have to pay the mold fee.

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4. What's your Delivery time ?
If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.

Q5.What's your payment terms?
For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
