Custom Pump Diaphragms: Approve the Formed Profile and Rubber Grade Together

The original 68–140 g range covers different membrane references; confirm the selected part weight. NBR and FKM versions are separate material specifications. ISO 9001 applies to quality management; pump operating limits follow the original equipment specification.

A pump diaphragm is a flexible replacement component selected for a specific pump design. NBR (nitrile) or FKM requires the approved grade for the pumped fluid, temperature and operating conditions. AR40, AR70 and D30 are enquiry references requiring manufacturer and revision confirmation. Hydraulic accumulator diaphragms are separate components and must not be substituted from appearance. The table below retains the original part references; it is not a dimensioned drawing.

Quote the part reference with pump manufacturer, model and revision. Confirm membrane OD, formed height, thickness, clamping rim and centre attachment from a drawing or sample. For a seal kit, agree the individual parts and quantities; photographs and reference codes alone do not define kit contents.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customized parts have to pay the mold fee.

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q4. What's your Delivery time ?
If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.

Q5.What's your payment terms?
For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
