TA, V and MV are separate designs. A replacement cup does not repair worn mandrels, damaged retaining parts or tubing. Follow the tool inspection and operating procedure. ISO 9001 applies to quality management.
A swab cup is a component of a well-fluid lifting assembly. Select the actual TA, V or MV profile, working bore and mandrel fit for the intended operation. A cup does not replace well-control equipment or establish a complete wellbore-cleaning procedure.
Royal Way supplies rubber swab cups with specified metal core or bushing construction. Nitrile or other compounds require selection against the well fluid, temperature and solids. Approve the profile drawing, dimensions and compound for the actual assembly.
TA, V and MV are separate profile enquiries. Confirm iron or aluminium construction for each selected part; do not assume these cores are interchangeable. Custom dimensions, compound, colour and hardness follow an agreed drawing and sample specification.

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customized parts have to pay the mold fee.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4. What's your Delivery time ?
If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.
Q5.What's your payment terms?
For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
