AR30/40 Replacement Diaphragm Kit — NBR or FKM Fluid-Service Review
Royal Way supplies replacement diaphragm membranes to agreed pump drawings and material specifications. For AR30/40 kits, confirm manufacturer, full model, revision and the approved diaphragm material designation. A Blueflex reference requires its specified construction to be checked before proposing an NBR or FKM alternative. Oil resistance depends on the actual compound, oil type, additives and operating temperature. The table below retains part references for enquiry, not a confirmed AR30/40 kit list or dimensional drawing.

Send the pump nameplate, diaphragm part number and drawing or sample. Specify every fluid contacting the membrane, including the pumped liquid, any oil on the opposite face and cleaning chemicals. Confirm diaphragm geometry and the kit packing list before ordering; AR40, AR70, D30 and other model references do not establish interchangeability.
