V Type Rubber Swab Cup - Pressure Duty and Cleanout Order Details

For pressure-duty enquiries, distinguish well pressure from the differential pressure across the cup assembly and specify transient peaks. Include fluid density, lifting load, temperature and operating cycle so the cup, mandrel and retention arrangement can be reviewed together.

Supply the V type drawing with finished outside diameter, centre bore, height and core details. Specify each nominal size and quantity separately; a common type designation does not establish that different sizes use the same core or mandrel.

For a cleanout order, provide the well-fluid composition, expected solids and bore condition. Agree compound selection, inspection criteria and packing quantities for the actual size mix. Retain the approved drawing and compound reference for subsequent replacement orders.
