Chemical Mixtures and Cleaning Cycles for a PTFE Seal Enquiry
Provide the chemical names, concentrations and mixture composition together with normal operating conditions. Include cleaning liquids, rinse stages and any changes in temperature or pressure during those stages. Review compatibility against the specified PTFE grade and complete seal construction.
Identify the pipeline union manufacturer, figure, nominal size and drawing revision. Confirm finished ring dimensions, profile tolerances and required supporting parts. The retained elastomer and other figure references below need separate approval and do not establish interchangeability with this PTFE item.
Agree the required material documents and finished-part checks before supply. Where hardness is included in acceptance, use the test method specified for the PTFE grade. Confirm the assembly installation and test requirements with the equipment specification.
