The 1800/88 rubber membrane is listed for diaphragm pump replacement with NBR or FKM material options. Select the compound against the exact pumped fluid, temperature and flexing duty, and verify fit against the pump drawing or sample. Hydraulic accumulator use requires a separately confirmed design; AR40, AR70 and D30 references do not establish interchangeability with 1800/88.

1800/88 Rubber Membrane: NBR or FKM Selection

Specify the full fluid formulation, additives, concentration and cleaning media when requesting NBR or FKM. Polymer names alone do not establish suitability, and the selected compound must meet the pump operating conditions.

Use the 13 x 101 x 12 mm size and 78-80 g weight as identification references. Send a dimensioned drawing that labels the centre connection, outside rim and formed height, together with photographs of both sides. Confirm any reinforcement, inserts or holes required by the original assembly.

Include the pump maker, complete model, stroke, cycling speed, temperature and pressure differential with the order inquiry. Agree a sample fit check and material specification before production; weight and visual similarity alone cannot confirm replacement compatibility.
