Weco 1502 2" Oil-resistant Nbr Wing Union Hammer Seals For Oil Rig With Steel or Brass Sleeve
Our hammer union seals are engineered to meet the rigorous sealing requirements of the oil and gas industry. Used in high-pressure piping systems, these seals ensure fluid-tight connections between hammer union components, such as the thread end, nut end, and hammer nut. The durable elastomeric material provides exceptional resistance to oil, gas, and abrasive drilling fluids. The lip-style design ensures a perfect fit and prevents the seal from falling out during installation. Qinuo produces hammer union seals for standard and sour gas applications, available in models Fig 602, Fig 1002, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, and more. Material options include NBR for general purpose use, HNBR for higher temperature resistance, and FKM for aggressive chemical and sour gas environments. Sizes range from 1 inch to 7 inches. Each seal can be customized with a stainless steel or brass anti-extrusion ring to handle pressures exceeding 15,000 psi. Designed for use with Weco or FMC style hammer unions, our seals deliver consistent performance and extend the service life of drilling and production equipment.
