Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4. What's your Delivery time ?
If the good are in stock generally it is 5-7 working days after receiving your payment. About 7-15 working days if we have mold or 21-30 working days without mold. The specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order quantity.
Q5.What's your payment terms?
For sample and small order, 100% T/T or Paypal. For bulk order, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Custom NBR Pump Diaphragm: Sample and Drawing Approval
For a custom NBR membrane, provide a labelled drawing showing the centre attachment, sealing rim, formed height, wall section and any holes or inserts. Include tolerances and identify dimensions measured from a used sample so wear or fluid swelling can be reviewed.
Specify the full pump maker and model, replacement part number and the fluid formulation with additives. Include pressure differential, stroke, cycling speed and continuous and peak temperatures when selecting compound, hardness and any reinforcement.
Agree prototype fit and inspection requirements before production. The original identifier table remains a range reference and does not establish interchangeable dimensions. Confirm tooling, sample approval, quantity, delivery and warranty terms in the quotation.
