Our hammer union seals are designed for high-pressure oilfield operations where reliable sealing performance is essential to maintaining system safety and equipment integrity. Manufactured from premium elastomers, these seals provide a secure, leak-proof barrier between the hammer union’s thread end, nut end, and hammer nut. The precision-molded lip design prevents displacement during assembly and ensures proper alignment, especially in applications subject to vibration, impact, and rapid pressure fluctuations.

Shanghai Qinuo offers hammer union seals compatible with widely used models such as Fig 602, Fig 1002, Fig 1502, Fig 2002, and additional configurations found in drilling, well servicing, and hydraulic fracturing operations. Available materials include NBR for general petroleum-based fluids, HNBR for high-temperature and higher-pressure systems, and premium FKM formulated for sour gas, aggressive chemicals, and abrasive drilling muds. Size options range from 1” to 7”, offering full compatibility with Weco-style and FMC-style hammer unions.

For enhanced extrusion resistance, seals can be equipped with brass or stainless steel anti-extrusion rings, ensuring dependable performance at pressures up to 15,000 psi. These hammer union seals extend service life, reduce downtime, and provide stable sealing in both standard service and challenging sour gas environments.
