High-Performance Swab Cups for Oilfield Well Servicing
Swab cups are essential oilfield components used in wellbore cleaning, fluid recovery, and pressure control during oil and gas production and maintenance operations. Installed on swabbing tools, these cups create an effective seal inside tubing, allowing oil, water, mud, and other fluids to be lifted safely from the wellbore.
Royal Way swab cups are manufactured from high-performance NBR or FKM rubber, providing excellent resistance to oil, abrasion, pressure, and extreme temperature conditions commonly found in oilfield environments.

Our swab cups are produced from newly developed rubber compounds in the popular Guiberson profile, available in either nitrile or Frac Fluid compounds. These cups can also be produced in other specified materials and are designed for durability and performance under the toughest conditions.
Available Swab Cup Types
TA Style
TA is a medium load swab cup built around a steel or aluminum bushing for use in most sizes of tubing or drill pipe. When under load, it compresses to form a solid rubber mass for maximum lifting capacity and minimum wear. Manufactured from newly developed rubber compounds, these cups provide high quality performance with special Frac Fluid compounds developed for ultimate durability.
V Style
The V Series swab cup is available in light duty and heavy duty all-rubber configurations suited for fluids with high concentrations of suspended sand. The upturned lips pass easily through tight spots and invert to dump excessive loads. Our special Frac Fluid compound offers excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and outstanding resistance to chemical attack.
TUF Style
The GE-TUF cup features internal metal reinforcement that maintains the cup's shape, making it an excellent choice for deep hot wells or rough and corroded tubing and casing. Strong enough for heavy loads, its flexibility also allows it to work in light load situations.
NUF Style
The GE-NUF is a heavy load all-rubber cup that provides maximum lifting capacity. Bonded to either standard steel or aluminum bushings and available in a wide range of sizes, this cup is ideal for deep well applications and designed for high performance under heavy loads.
