The existing catalogue introduces TA, V and MV profiles and nominal tubing references including 2 3/8, 2 7/8, 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 inches. These designs use different support arrangements. A metal bushing and internal reinforcement are separate features; confirm which the ordered drawing requires rather than applying both to every cup.
For a custom size, provide the cup outside diameter, height, core bore, insert material and tolerance requirements. A new approved sample can support the enquiry, but a worn cup should not define production dimensions alone. Agree compound, tooling and inspection criteria with the order.
Custom Swab Cup Drawings: Distinguish Bushing from Internal Reinforcement
Show the metal insert in the drawing section, including its material, bore, axial position and attachment arrangement. A steel or aluminium bushing locates the cup on the tool; other internal reinforcement must be specified by the selected profile. Do not add an unspecified reinforcement based on the general product title.
Provide tubing inside diameter, cup OD, height and mandrel dimensions together with fluid, temperature and load conditions. The retained catalogue table covers standard reference rows; a custom size needs its own approved drawing and inspection tolerances.

TA is described in the existing range as a medium-load cup around a steel or aluminum bushing. Confirm the particular core material, cup profile and mandrel bore for the selected size. Load suitability and compound performance depend on the approved tool configuration and operating conditions.
The existing V-series description covers all-rubber lip profiles for sand-bearing fluid enquiries. Cup count, lip behaviour and load limits must follow the tool maker’s instructions. Review the selected compound for fluid, temperature and wear conditions rather than assigning universal chemical resistance.
The TUF-style description refers to an internally reinforced cup profile. Confirm the reinforcement, dimensions and load requirements against the tool drawing. Hot-well or rough-tubing suitability requires review of the actual compound and tubing condition.
The NUF-style description refers to a heavy-load rubber cup with a steel or aluminum bushing arrangement. Specify the exact profile, core material, dimensions and approved tool duty. A heavy-load description does not establish a pressure or lifting-capacity rating.
