Match each seal to the union manufacturer, figure, nominal size and groove; the replacement seal alone does not determine the assembly pressure rating.

- Anti-Extrusion Rings: Brass or stainless steel backup constructions require matching the equipment drawing and seal profile
- High Hardness & Tear Strength: Specify compound hardness and separate mechanical-property requirements for the selected seal
- Precision Fit: Confirm manufacturer, figure, size and groove dimensions before substituting a replacement seal
- Color-Coded Identification: Custom colors (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow) can be agreed for identification; color does not establish material or pressure suitability
- Longer Service Life: Service life depends on compound, fluid, assembly condition and operating cycles; inspect seals during planned maintenance
Custom Color and Backup Construction for Repeat Orders
For repeat purchases, quote the approved part reference and color convention together. Provide photographs of both faces and the side profile, including the backup ring. Confirm whether the support is separate, bonded or retained, and check the new seal against the groove drawing. A matching color or nominal size does not establish interchangeability. Include fluid, gas, temperature and cycling requirements when requesting a material change.

Samples/Mold creation: Typically 7-15 days, depending on complexity. Mass production: Usually 15-25 days after sample approval. Thanks to our proximity to the Shanghai port, we can minimize shipping delays.
