Hammer Union Seal Replacement — Mating Groove and Backing Selection
A replacement seal must match the union figure, nominal connection size and actual seal groove. Provide the hardware maker or drawing, the removed seal dimensions and the specified material so that the lip profile and any metal backing can be checked together.
