Durable Black Rubber Cable Shrouds , Rubber Weather Boot for Coaxial Cable
NBR Rubber Wire Cable Sleeve — Gland Coverage and Inspection Access
Protective sleeve fit and maintenance access
1) A push-on sleeve covers the outside of a matching cable gland to help limit dirt accumulation. Define the gland profile and coverage length while retaining access needed for assembly and inspection.
2) NBR rubber is the material reference for this sleeve. PVC and HNBR versions require separate specification and approval; a matching outline does not establish equivalent exposure performance.
| Sleeve material |
NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber); compound and hardness by application |
| Size | 1–30 mm reference; identify cable opening and gland-side dimensions on the drawing |
| Brand | SHQN |
| Color | Black |
| Custom service | OEM/ODM |

Application review: specify external oil, gas or condensate exposure, contact duration and temperature. Include cleaning chemicals and inspection requirements; the sleeve does not establish the cable gland assembly rating.
Packing and shipment :
1: Express shipment for samples and small orders; carrier and destination to be confirmed.
2: Air shipment: specify airport or door delivery with the order.
3: Sea shipment for bulk orders; confirm packing and delivery schedule.
Shanghai Qinuo supplies molded rubber sleeves and custom protective covers. Send the cable gland drawing, cable outside diameter and required sleeve coverage for quotation.
Identify the gland nut, body shoulders and cable exit. Include any tools or access space needed for tightening so the proposed sleeve can be reviewed against the assembly sequence.
Specify dimensional tolerances and check an approved sample on the intended gland. Define installation orientation and areas that must remain accessible for maintenance.
ISO 9001 quality management. Where RoHS or other documentation is required, identify the applicable requirements for the selected compound. Electrical, ingress and hazardous-area approvals belong to the relevant validated assembly.

Specifying Sleeve Coverage for a Cable Gland:
Indicate which external surfaces require coverage and which must remain visible or accessible. Provide gland body diameter, cable opening and sleeve length rather than selecting only from the general size reference.
Agree how the sleeve will be moved or removed for inspection. Include cable bending space and nearby components, and check that the installed cover does not interfere with the specified gland assembly procedure.
For maintenance replacement, reference the approved drawing and compound. Inspect the sleeve for tears, distortion or swelling and confirm fit; use the gland manufacturer’s procedure for assembly checks.
