Reliable Performance NBR Oil Rubber Packer For Oil Drilling Equipment
Reliable Performance NBR Oil Rubber Packer For Oil Drilling Equipment
Features of the rubber oil packer cups:
1) Specify pressure and temperature requirements for the chosen NBR compound and tool assembly.
2) Inspect dimensions, molding surfaces and seal contact areas against agreed acceptance criteria.
3) Size and hardness options require confirmation for the exact part drawing.
4) A requested 150°C (302°F) pressure test needs agreed compound, fixture, pressure and acceptance criteria.
5) A 30-cycle test requirement needs defined loading, temperature and dwell time.
6) Large cup sizes, including a requested 30-inch diameter, require drawing and manufacturing review.
Application
NBR rubber packer parts for oil-drilling equipment are specified by tool geometry, compound and operating conditions. Cup seals and bar or compression packers have different construction and setting requirements. Identify the intended part before selecting size, hardness and any reinforcement.
We manufacture both Wire Skeleton / Wire Mesh / Wire Frame Packer Cups and Rubber Packer Cups without any mesh.
Cup application sizes from 1-1/4-inch tubing through 7-inch casing are subject to design review. Provide actual bore and cup dimensions. The bar-packer sizes below describe a separate part range and should not be assumed interchangeable with cup sizes.
Application environment: oil, gas, gas condensate
Welcome to contact us for more information about the rubber oil packers.

Product Description
NBR Bar Packer Size and Hardness Options
Molded NBR packer parts require agreed surface and flash limits on the sealing areas. Specify molding and finishing requirements with the drawing; inspection must establish the condition of each supplied part.Bar-packer hardness options include 70, 80 and 90 Shore A, with nominal sizes from 2-3/8 to 3-1/2 inches subject to part confirmation. Select hardness against the required deformation, support clearance and service temperature; hardness alone does not establish pressure capability.

Rubber packer cups are directional sealing components, while compression packers seal through a specified setting movement. Custom dimensions and material options must match the complete tool design. Drillability and zonal-isolation performance require assembly-specific confirmation.

Our products are widely used at all kinds of cars, machinery, home appliance, electronic products, electric appliance, stationery, computers, oil equipment, and hardware spare parts.
We also can provide oilfield rubber swab cup
The TA swab cup is a medium-duty, all-rubber variable lip cup that offers greater flexibility under lighter loads.
The MV swab cup is a light-duty, all-rubber cup with multiple flexible, upturned lips for sand-laden fluid applications. Confirm mandrel and tubing fit before selection.
The V swab cup is a ring-type, single-lip, flexible, all-rubber cup molded on a steel bushing. It is ideal for lifting sand-laden fluids and for light-load swabbing. It is a single version of the MV swab cup.
The TUF swab cup is a flexible, synthetic rubber cup with spring steel reinforcing wires for heavy loads but is flexible enough for light or medium loads.
The UF swab cup is an all-purpose, synthetic rubber cup containing strong, flexible spring steel reinforcing wires.
The J swab cup is a durable, heavy-duty cup with a long, flexible lip and strong steel reinforcing wires which provide a good upstroke seal for lifting heavy loads.
The GW swab cup is a heavy, flexible, single-lip cup reinforced by spring steel wire. The oversized lip creates a good upstroke seal.

FAQ
1. Which size range applies to my part?
Identify whether the drawing is for a cup, bar packer or compression element.
Provide finished dimensions and the mating tool geometry; nominal tubing or casing size alone does not identify the part.
2. How should hardness be selected?
a. Identify the rubber compound and nominal Shore A hardness.
b. State required setting deformation and support clearance.
c. Provide service temperature and exposure duration.
d. Include differential pressure and loading direction.
e. Specify fluid composition and additives.
f. Agree hardness measurement and acceptance tolerances.
g. Confirm sample or drawing approval before manufacture.
3. What surface requirements should be specified?
1. Identify the working sealing areas on the drawing.
2. Agree flash, parting-line and trimming limits.
3. Define allowable surface defects and inspection method.
4. Specify dimensions and tolerances after molding.
5. Confirm reinforcement or bonding inspection where applicable.
4. What is needed for a custom inquiry?
1. Tool model and part drawing or original sample.
2. Part type, size, hardness and required quantity.
3. Pressure, temperature and fluid operating envelope.
4. Test and inspection acceptance criteria.
5. Required identification and documentation.
For NBR rubber packer parts, specify the construction, finished dimensions and hardness together with the oil-drilling tool requirements.
Custom parts can be reviewed from drawings or original samples; confirm geometry, material and inspection criteria before production.
