Application
Application of the rubber o ring:
A: Sealing in specified housings and connections; confirm inside diameter, cross-section, groove geometry and installation clearance.
B: For oil-service joints, provide the complete fluid formulation, temperature, pressure and motion with the housing drawing.
C: NBR and silicone are separate compound options. Confirm compatibility with the actual oil, coolant or grease; color and ring size do not establish oil resistance.

Confirm the finished dimensions and selected compound before ordering. The catalog size range is not an individual ring specification.
For the intended oil exposure, review the actual fluid formulation and operating temperature for the selected NBR or silicone compound. Do not assume the two materials are interchangeable.
